Highlights from 9th thru 11th Grade Students

Before the COVID19 outbreak, our LEAP Academy juniors were participating in SAT prep and working on applications for collegiate summer programming. The momentum has not stopped!  While our SAT prep courses have moved completely online, three juniors, Destiny Bullard, Damon Smith and Karen Thach have submitted applications for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) conference, being held in June 2020. RYLA is a 4-day leadership development program run by Rotary Clubs and teaches students the importance of being global citizens through leadership and service.
