LEAP Student Athlete College Commitment to Penn State University

Sedale is a member of the Business Cohort in the Early College Program, but he is also a dual-enrollment participant, taking additional college coursework outside of the Early College Program to gain more credits. Sedale will be pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology, and he hopes to work within the legal system to fight for social justice. Before committing to Penn State University, Sedale considered scholarship offers from over a dozen prestigious colleges and universities including the University of Miami, Temple University, and Rutgers University.

Dear Leap Faculty,

I wanted to reach out to you guys and let you know that I will be Attending Penn State University to further my education while also playing college baseball.  This year has been the best year ever, and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for all the things you have done for me!! Even though, the year was cut short and we did not get to experience some of the fun things planned I will hold on to each and every memory we made.  I will continue to work hard and prosper.  I will always be a Leap Academy Lion forever.
